Returns, Exchanges & Shipping

We certainly hope that you LOVE your new gear, but if by chance you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to make it right. Our exchange policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your items must be returned in original packaging and must be accompanied by purchase order receipt or a proof of purchase. Returns must be unworn, unwashed and free of any stains, pet hair, deodorant marks and odors (including perfume/cologne). If your items are rejected, they will be sent back to the shipping address on the order, and the return/ exchange/ refund will be denied. All sales are final for clearance items and gift cards. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs both ways unless the error is on US.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for the same item, send us an e-mail to cantgitright.streetwear@gmail.com and send the item to: Can’t Git Right 1123 Village Road #1611 Leland, NC 28411.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your return. Your exchange will be processed and mailed back to you within 24 hours of receipt.

Sales items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.If you are shipping an item over $75, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your return as well as using tracking service to track your package. We “Do Not” guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We here at Can’t Git Right Streetwear want each customer to be completely satisfied with their order and online shopping experience. We understand shopping online sometimes requires exchanges to get it right.

Exchange Qualifications:

  1. Exchanges only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued if the item is out of stock.
  2. Exchanges accepted only on claims filled via email within 14 days of postmarked delivery of your order. (Exchanges need to be postmarked within 4 business days of filling an exchange claim with us. If you delay sending back your exchange to us, a store credit will automatically be issued upon receipt of your items).
  3. All items must be unworn, unwashed and suitable for resale.
  4. Sale items and custom modified items are final and exchanges are not accepted.

Customers are responsible for paying postage to reship to us. We will then reship your exchange back to you at our expense.

  • We do not accept items to be exchanged that were previously exchanged. Store credit sales are also final. No exchanges accepted.
  • If exchanging for an item that costs more, a check needs to be included for the difference, payable to: Can’t Git Right, or an automatic credit will be issued.
  • TO BEGIN A REFUND PROCESS:
  • Please email us at: cantgitright.streetwear@gmail.com.
  • Please include: Your Name, Your Order Number and the reason for exchanging your product.
  • If qualifications to exchange are met, you will be e-mailed a Return Authorization #, Print Exchange Form and the Mailing Address to mail your exchange.
  • The exchange form must be filled out and included inside your return bag with the item or a store credit ill be issued instead.
  • All Customer Service requests will be answered between 9am-5pm Monday thru Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
  • ***ANY ITEMS THAT DON’T MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHNGE OR STORE CREDIT.
  • If a product arrives to you with a defect / damage or we incorrectly sent the wrong size, color or item, a prepaid return label will be e-mailed to the e-mail that we have on file for you for return and replacement then the item will be shipped at our expense. (Please email us details and a quick picture of the issue).
  • Can’t Git Right is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages sent to the incorrect address provided by the customer. We apply shipping insurance to all orders to cover this. If we decline service, you assume all risks.
  • Tracking info is sent on all orders via e-mail for you to see when and where it was shipped. If the wrong address is provided and the item is returned to us, we will contact you.
  • If a package is marked as delivered to your address via USPS, we are unable to replace or refund. You will need to file a missing / stolen claim directly with the USPS. Once we turn over a package to USPS, it becomes their full responsibilities. Can’t Git Right cannot be held liable for the security and safety of your order sitting in a mailbox or sitting on a porch.
  • Package theft is on the rise. Please, plan accordingly.
  • All sales to CANADA are final sales. No returns, exchanges or store credit is available.
